Return & Refund Policy

At Phenomenal Esports, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality sportswear and jerseys. Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we follow a strict return and replacement policy.

We do not provide any kind of return and refund, we provide only replacement, if the product is damaged or defective.*
*Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days*.

No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances.
This includes wrong size, wrong design, spelling mistakes, or change of mind by the customer.

Customers are requested to verify size, design, name, number, and all order details carefully before placing the order.

Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

We provide replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Rules

The unboxing video must meet all of the following conditions:

Video must be recorded before opening the package

The sealed courier package must be clearly visible

The package must be opened on camera

The jersey and the damage must be clearly shown

Video must be one continuous recording (no cuts, no trims, no edits)

Video must have original audio (no mute, no background music, no voice-over, no replacement audio)

If the unboxing video is missing, edited, muted, or unclear, the replacement request will be rejected.

Replacement Process

The unboxing video must be shared with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, if the product is found to be damaged or defective, the customer will be asked to ship the product back to us.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, a brand-new replacement will be dispatched.

⚠️ We do not send replacements before receiving the damaged product.

What Is Not Covered

We do not provide replacement or refund for:

Wrong size selected by the customer

Wrong design, name, or number chosen by the customer

Minor color differences due to screen display

Damage after use or washing

Wear and tear

Claims without valid unboxing video
