These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
1. Custom Product PolicyÂ
All jerseys and sportswear are made to order based on customer-provided details (size, name, number, design, etc.).
Once production starts, no changes are possible.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Phenomenal Esports is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer while submitting order details.
3. No Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, as products are custom manufactured.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement is allowed only for damaged or defective products and only if:
A valid unboxing video is provided
The damage is proven to be from delivery or manufacturing
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or logistics.
Phenomenal Esports is not liable for delays once the parcel is handed to the courier.
7. Design & Color Variation
Minor differences in color, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to printing and screen display. These are not considered defects.
8. Size Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for selecting the correct size.
Size issues are not eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and artwork created by Phenomenal Esports remain its intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
10. Fraud Prevention
Phenomenal Esports reserves the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or policy abuse.
11. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to all Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Business Rules of Phenomenal Esports.
Trademark & Branding
Phenomenal Esports®️ is a registered and protected brand.
All jerseys, sportswear, and merchandise printed or supplied by Phenomenal Esports will carry the Phenomenal Esports trademark, logo, or branding on the product.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
All products will include Phenomenal Esports branding
The branding cannot be removed, altered, or objected to
The presence of the trademark is not a defect and does not qualify for replacement or refund
Placing an order with Phenomenal Esports means the customer fully agrees to these terms and conditions.
