At Phenomenal Esports, every jersey and sportswear item is custom-designed and printed on demand. This means each order goes through a detailed production and quality process before it is shipped.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we immediately begin the designing and production workflow.

Designing Phase

Designing and artwork preparation takes approximately 1–2 working days, depending on the complexity of the order.

Production Phase

After design approval, the jersey moves into production.
Printing and manufacturing generally takes 5–10 working days, depending on workload and order volume.
This timeline may vary during peak seasons or bulk orders.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your jersey is completed and packed, it is dispatched immediately to the customer’s provided address.
